ManoRaksha proudly launches PSYPIX 🧠🚀, a free, open-to-all Diploma & Community Capacity-Building Programme for psychology enthusiasts and curious minds.

No Psychology degree is required. No course fee. Just curiosity, commitment and the willingness to learn. 🌱

Through structured sessions, practical activities, discussions and community engagement, participants can explore psychology and human behaviour while building meaningful knowledge and skills.

But there’s a difference: the programme is free, the diploma is earned. 🎓 Participants must complete the required learning, participation and engagement credits to become eligible for the internship component and ultimately the PSYPIX Diploma.

Learn. Engage. Earn. Transform. 🧠🌱🚀

MANASA 2.0 |  Advancing the Conversation on School Mental Health

MANASA 2.0 (ManoRaksha Advancing School Alliance) successfully brought together school leaders from across India for a meaningful dialogue on strengthening mental health and wellbeing in educational institutions. The virtual summit welcomed principals, vice-principals, coordinators, counsellors, and educators who shared a common vision of creating safer, more inclusive, and emotionally supportive learning environments.

The overwhelming participation and engagement made MANASA 2.0 a significant milestone in ManoRaksha's mission to transform school mental health across India. We extend our sincere gratitude to every educator and school leader who contributed their insights and experiences.

At ManoRaksha, we believe that lasting change is built through continuous collaboration, shared learning, and collective action, because every school deserves to be a place where wellbeing is valued as much as academic excellence.

Innovation & Updates

Women Empowerment as an integral approach of ManoRaksha

When it comes to women’s empowerment, at ManoRaksha we do not believe it can be reduced to just a social media post. We constantly ask ourselves, what are we actually doing on the ground? As trainers, even when we are engaged for domain specific sessions, we keep one commitment non negotiable

We ask for 45 minutes to speak on women’s empowerment

That session is delivered completely free of cost

No invoices, no conditions, just responsibility

This is not symbolic, it is intentional

Earlier, through self defence initiatives, we conducted free sessions for women in collaboration with local authorities, police, and institutions. Today, this commitment continues in a more structured and professional manner

With training in POCSO through SVP Police Institute and POSH through UNFPA, we actively integrate awareness on women’s safety, legal rights, prevention, and psychosocial resilience into our sessions. This component remains free because awareness and safety should never depend on affordability

So yes, even a small effort, when done consistently, can create real change....!!

National Dialogue and Innovation on Digital Mental Health @ NIMHANS, Bengaluru

The ManoRaksha delegates actively participated and contributed to the National Dialogue and Innovation on Digital Mental Health held on 20th February 2026 at the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS), Bengaluru, organized by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) Centre for Advanced Research in Digital Mental Health. The forum engaged deeply with structural questions surrounding digital mental health delivery systems, evolving application ecosystems, and emerging ethical complexities. At Manoraksha, we consistently ensure that our teams remain research-driven, evidence-oriented, and technologically ahead of innovation curves.

Now We Are the "Brand Ambassadors" for Women Empowerment

We are proud to announce that Ms. Urvashi Mishra, Lead Advisor of ManoRaksha, has been appointed as the Brand Ambassador for the Nirbhaya Counseling Initiative for Women on 28th Jan 2026.

This significant appointment is being undertaken in collaboration with Nirbhaya Foundation, National Commission for Women, Government of India, and the Department of Women and Child Development, Government of Madhya Pradesh. Her association will strengthen advocacy, outreach, and psychosocial support services for women, reinforcing a collective commitment toward safety, dignity, mental health, and empowerment of women across the state and beyond.

This collaboration marks a vital step forward in integrating counseling, prevention, and survivor-centric care within the broader framework of women’s welfare initiatives.
