Prof. P. S. Rajawat, PhD, DCMH

 Sr. Advisor & Strategist

Prof. Rajawat is a licensed AOD Trainer for the University of Sydney and a distinguished speaker at James Lind University, Geneva, Switzerland, working at the intersection of behavioural science, human potential, technology, and systems thinking.

Lovingly known among tribal communities of Central India, he is a behavioural scientist, systems architect, trained yoga therapist, Jungian coach, polymath, polyglot, and innovator, with patents spanning Brain–Computer Interface (BCI) tools, Effective Communication and Human-Excellence Systems.

His work brings together ancient wisdom and emerging technologies, including AI, quantum science, consciousness research, and advanced human-optimisation frameworks, to explore what makes humans learn, adapt, perform, transform, and thrive.

From advising cabinet-level policymakers and preparing next-generation business leaders to working with marginalized communities, his mission remains consistent: democratizing mental health, wellbeing, and human excellence, from elite spaces to the last person in society, in the Gandhian spirit.

Prof. Rajawat challenges conventional assumptions about reality and consciousness. He explores the possibility that perception shapes reality, memories can be reconstructed, and human experience can be redesigned.

He thrives in the paradox between logic and myth, science and spirituality, learning and unlearning.

For him, unlearning can be more powerful than learning, and relearning is where transformation begins.

And perhaps that explains his unconventional equation:

b² > 4ac, not because mathematics replaces physics, but because transformation often begins when we challenge the equations we have been taught to accept.
